主要任务和职责： Role& responsibility: 1、 负责碰撞约束系统模型搭建及分析优化，评价假人伤害值； Responsible for restrain system FEA model building and CAE analysing and optimization, have ability to evaluate the injury of dummy 2、熟练掌握安全气囊、安全带工作原理，运用仿真优化手段提出约束系统匹配方案； Professional for the performance of airbag and seatbelt , have ability to make sure of CAE to do the optimization of restrain system 3、 了解GB、C-NCAP、C-IASI等；  Comprehension to crash regulation, such kind of GB、C-NCAP、C-IASI

任职条件与工作经验： 1、熟练操作HyperWorks/ANSA/Oasys/LS-Dyna； Be professional for the software of HyperWorks/ANSA/Oasys/LS-Dyna 2、熟练假人摆放、调整、安全带的fit，以及约束系统参数更改； Be professional of the dummy position adjusting, seat belt fit, and the modification of the parameter of restrain system 3、具备一定的英语听说读写能力； Have enough oral and writing English ability
